In this kit (motherboard+CPU+RAM), motherboard is brand new, CPU and RAM is used(not new). We fully combos testing before delivery. and make sure the whole set can works perfectly. Since CPU and RAM have used marks on it, please don't place order if you mind. (The old and new level of RAM+CPU cannot be controlled, and it is sent randomly.)

The battery in motherboard photos will be removed before shipping, as battery is forbidden at CN post and custom.

For Install the memory. ALL RAM needs to install in slot#1 and slot #2 green slot)priority. The black ram slot(#3/#4) of motherboard can't works alone.The memory needs to be inserted into the yellow main slot first.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
